| 3 | CAN. NOT. APPROACH.If I was in your position, I would try to desensitize myself taking slow steps. As you are probably not able to just jump right into approaching, start with something little and slowly build your way up. It doesn't matter how small your first steps are, start wherever you feel comfortable. It could go like this: Make eye contact with women Feel comfortable with that now? No? Repeat. Now? Good! | 4 | Having trouble seducing myselfI am saying this as a a psychology student, so I am predistined to give this advice, but think about seeing a therapist. Yes there is a giant social stigma attached to it, but seeing a therapist is not about being mentally ill. A therapist is just somebody who helps people to help themselves to feel better. If you find a good one you will feel much better about yourself. If you consider this an option and have questions feel free to ask me. | /r/seduction | 14/05/13 08:33 PM |
