Go out & do stuff just for fun. there's no point in improving your game if you can't enjoy it, it's only one party of your life. Join an improv group, local video game tournaments, a bowling team, start playing in a basketball or softball league at your gym. Do something that you enjoy & relax while doing. nah just lazy dudes, these lifts build the muscles that are used when you have good posture, but they dont force you to stand up straight, especially if you dont practice it outside of the weight room.
