1	How can I help my capitan make more money? Don't focus on the money, that could put too much pressure on him and make it harder for him to work. He's already thinking about how to earn more, so don't bring it up unless he does, and even then I'd try to steer the conversation away (unless you feel like showing him appreciation for what he does, with compliments or affirmations.)
