Generally, no. The old site at www.leginfo.ca.gov generally doesn't have hyperlinks in the text of the laws and codes. Consent was to have footage taken, which was the action. Which it was. Though if taken on public areas, of which sidewalks are also considered public space in the US (and most likely also in Canada), consent is not even needed for filming according to wiretapping laws. If the building property is public space, consent is not needed. I believe the 77% statistic was from the US Department of Labor Statistics. It was done by taking averaging everything together rather than adjusting for the obvious, like number of hours worked. Yeah, they're called feather dusters. One holds the soft, feathery end while whipping with the wooden end. Looking back though, the punishment was quite effective on me as a kid since it solved problems relatively quickly while growing up in an Asian family. Indeed. It's good for cheap laughs because of how they argue back and forth while ignoring the fact that it's from Fox News. However, Mark did give a quip that did deserve to be pondered about: It's up to everyone to make themselves happy.

It's a bit of a stretch to say, "most weren't abused" when 40.5% of the victims' history of violence is unknown. Barring that, the percentage of offenders who were abused is 4.8% higher than those who weren't abused. For all we know, that 40.5% is an unknown that could support or falsify your premise.
