If he has married another women and never had kids, the likely hood that he's going to waste your most fertile years is very high. If you really think he's the one, I would be very clear about what your timeline looks like i.e. get engaged within a year, start trying for kids right after marriage, etc. whatever it may be. The 16 year age gap is also...concerning. And I am someone who has dated older as well, so no judgment! But sometimes these men look at younger women precisely because they don…

as a man commenting on a woman's forum, of course you're going to tell her to settle. Just because YOU have a hard time with monogamy, doesn't mean OP won't find the man of her dreams. you should be ashamed of your advice to young woman, it's sad. OP, your prince is out there! You need to ask yourself if you can handle this situation, because if you can't there is another woman out there at will.

You need to learn to keep peace. She is not YOUR daughter and has no reason to respect you. She is a child and you are the adult. Keep showing her respect and LET her do the cooking and cleaning. Hey, its one less thing you need to do! She will not grow to be a brat when she's older, she sounds very independent. …

If you’re not married, move on. Think about how his cheating reflects his moral values and personal ethics. Not worth it to risk your future child’s life. Do you think you’ll raise healthy children when you two eventually divorce because of his tendencies?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
