This is why I love that Maria Kondo episodes where the husband and the kids had to face their own idea of how they "liked not knowing where anything was and always asked mom". Or the one with the couple where the guy did not help at home at all and forbid his wife to get help because he thought "she should be able to do everything on her own". Maria made sure they all felt bad for exhausting their mothers/wife's and even gave great arguments to how they all should view house chores as family act…
