The normal way you do that is stop talking, be arrested, then press charges and refuse to talk without a lawyer. Generally if a cop says youre under arrest you just shut off and comply with commands until you have a lawyer. Fighting a cop and getting an assault/resisting arrest charge isnt worth getting on a plane... Youre best defense against a cop is insubordinate compliance. If youre being treated unfairly fight it in court, most cops have a cam on them now.
