Are you ND? Because describing "normal" behavior as "weird", "lazy" or "cowardly" misses the entire point of why NT people engage in those social behaviors in the first place. From just your list alone, there are multiple benefits from being non confrontational/non direct in navigating social situations. Body shaming isn't something you can justify using against bad people specifically because it doesn't only hurt the target of your insult, but also everyone who also identifies with the qualities that you listed are "bad". When Greta commented on Tate's "small dick energy" she had the unintended effect of shaming all the men who had below average penises. I can get behind being shitty to shitty people, but we have to be careful about our language when others can be harmed from it.
