What state are you in? What state is she in? Did she take the kids without your permission to another state? Fight like hell. Get a lawyer who is a woman-hating shark. Make her pay. Force her to move back to the area/ state you're in. Please tell me it was filed in your state! Don't give up. Stay strong. We've all been there. It's a dark place. We all came out on the other side better and stronger. Good luck and God bless!

Would you shove a piece of shit back into your ass? Would you put toothpaste back into a tube? Would piss in on an electric fence? Would you skydive without a parachute?

This sounds like my ex and I. My mom bought our house. We rented. When we divorced, she got nothing since we rented. It's treated as an apartment. At least in Michigan. Let her think she'll take you to the cleaners! Sounds like she won't get much. How long have you been married? California?

Forget about her and your family. She isn't the woman you married. Your family doesn't exist anymore. You need to go into survival mode for you and your kids. She doesn't know what she wants... she's buying time. She's getting her ducks in a row to blindside you with divorce and a lawyer. Don't play defense! Get a lawyer and have her served. Get a parenting plan in place ASAP! Divide assets and split bank accounts. Otherwise, she may clean them out. I realize this may be a lot to take in. But th…

Same thing, kind of. Ex accused me of "smashing" her head into a bathroom wall after a dispute about money. No contact, etc. I "won" in the end. And came out pretty good in the divorce. The most messed-up thing. The reason I lost all respect for police, family court, and the "criminal justice system". There was an allegation of rape in the police report. Luckily, my ex said that didn't happen. Props to her for that! After the trial ended. The prosecutor says to the judge, "Your honor, we need to…

Jesus, $72,000 for 24 months. That's $3,000 a month! I make $4,000 a month. I need to find a wealthy cougar or Sugar Mama! I'm tired of working!

Let's just say it was deserved after multiple legal issues. There was a reason!

If it's that much of an issue, see if you can get a time in writing in the agreement. My ex-wife was only allowed from 9 am to 5 pm every other Saturday. No overnights, and she wasn't allowed to drive with the kids in the car.

Get a "friend" so you can... "clean the pipes," and you're good. You don't need to date her!

I put up some 80's movie posters, framed, Blues Brothers, Jaws, Friday the 13th. I also brought down some of my action figures and Lego sets. Built a TV wall with a 75-inch TV, Shelves on the sides, and a bridge across the 2.

This happened to me, to a lesser extent. My ex-wife lied and said I hit her, I got charged with DV and had to go through the whole process. I'm so glad to be divorced. It's too bad she will never be held accountable for her actions. I feel for the people who are falsely accused.

Call your lawyer yesterday. Don't let her play games with you or your kids. My guess is she has a boyfriend. Be prepared for that news in the future. No one signs up to be a single parent. I didn't. It sucked. But I made it through it. My kids are all doing great. I have zero complaints. You'll make it through too. Good luck!

We tried, but, she's a child. She would tell me one thing and tell the kids another. Then yell at me for it. I blew up at her a year ago and haven't spoken to her since. She's blocked, so no calls of texts. However, our daughter was in the hospital a month ago and I kept it "casual" and on topic of our daughter. Our girl was hungry and I ran to McDonald's for her, I offered to grab something for my ex. I'm not going to eat in front of her. Since then, there has been no contact.

I got banned from politics because I said men can't be women. It was in reference to a story about the trans congressman from Delaware. I can't remember his name. But, it's not sarah! Silence the opposition!

Jesus! I'm glad I'm poor. My divorce was "easy" and "cheap". I hope she gets hit by a bus. Good luck brother!

I wasn't allowed in the house during the no contact. After my nolo plea, I had to take a DV class. 1 day, 8 hours in Ann Arbor. 90 minutes from where I live. After the class, I was allowed to go home. But, if she told me to leave, for any reason. I had to go. No questions asked. I played nice, especially in front of my kids. I had a roommate after this. I no longer had a wife. I rode out my probation and paid all fines and fees. Paid out a ton of money for classes for 6 months. I think they were…

The same thing happened to me. On a lesser charge. Ex wife accused me of hitting her. I didn't. No one cared. I had to get a lawyer. Go, no contact. All while she lived in the house, I was paying all bills for and mortgage on. There were rape allegations, too. Didn't do that either. Ex called me one day out of the blue. Like a dumb ass i answered. Figuring one of the kids as hurt or hospitalized? They weren't. She just wanted to talk. I hung up. Got arrested again! I got forced to plead to somet…

Reading some of these stories. I'm glad my ex and I are poor. Jeez! I spent $500 on a lawyer for me. He did the paperwork. I just wanted to make sure the i's were dotted and t's crossed. She didn't have a lawyer. It was pretty easy for me since she just got popped with 3 felonies and i jumped before she paid her bail.

We can only use one restroom, but, girls who have a female penis can use both? Just tell them your trans and watch their head explode! Being a guy who is 6'4" and with a full beard, the reaction would be priceless! Or better yet, they are both handicap accessible. If someone gives you shit, tell them you identify as paraplegic.

Yeah, my ex got her money from me. Got a house. I gave her her car in the divorce, paid it off. I was happy for her. She was being a good role model for our kids. Finally! Fast forward 4 years, and she's lost her house. The car got towed and she didn't get it out of impound. Now, she's sleeping on the couch at her mom's house. And I have full custody of our kids. I didn't want this for her. But, I saw it coming. It was inevitable!

I did when I got divorced. Now, not so much! I don't care anymore. I had 3 women when I got divorced. I was hanging out with all 3 in a week. I still talk to 2 of them, on and off. But, haven't hung out with them in a year or so and don't plan to. And I'm not going to ask either. I have a friend who wants to introduce me to her friend, I told her I'm not interested. I'm happy being single and being the "world's greatest dad"! I will probably change my mind when the kids are older and out of the …

We can all sit here and say you should do this and that. Bottom line, you're out and safe. I would like to see you file a police report. If she's done this to you, she's liking to have done it before and will do it after. Stop her! The next guy may get a prison sentence because of her. But, this decision is up to you. Please keep us updated, if you decide to file a report. Stay safe brother!

My ex agreed they were better off with me and signed paperwork without a referee. So I lucked out. My suggestion to you. Talk to your lawyer first. But, if you can, get her on tape saying she doesn't want them. She only wants to collect the money. Not sure if it would work. Like I said, my judge sucks. You may get one like mine, who doesn't give a shit. Good luck Brother!

I've had custody of my kids for about a year. I've been to court numerous times, 5? My paperwork is still working its way through the system. My ex, their mom, is still getting the money. EVEN THOU she doesn't have them and doesn't see them much, once a week, maybe. Hasn't had an overnight for about a year. The judge sucks. He's ruled in my favor for custody. But, left child support alone for now! WHY! I have them full time, but, I still have to give her $100 a week? I could use that money! And …

I honestly have no idea, BUT, reading posts on here and on r/divorce I would GUESS, MI! I know I divorced my ex in MI, where we've lived our whole lives. And I came out great, but, my ex didn't fight. She knew she had no case. I had a book on her. She didn't even come to the final hearing. Good luck!

One thing I learned over the years. There's never a good time. I did the same thing you're doing. I'll wait till after the kids birthdays. I'll wait till after Christmas. I'll wait till after Valentine's Day. I'll wait till after Easter. Before I knew it was Christmas again. I wish I would have filed years ago, and not put it off as long as I did. My advice for what it's worth, file now.

First, be there for your friend. Whatever he needs, an ear, a shoulder, a couch, a beer. Whatever he needs, just be his friend. Let him cry and vent to you. Don't pry or preachy, but, let him get whatever he needs to off his chest. Next, lawyer. She may think she is going to get the kids, house, maybe alimony or child support. But, the reality, is she probably won't get all that. A good lawyer will be worth their price. To protect him and his interests. Tell him to try to work it out without cou…

Your probably going to get the same answers as you didn't the other day. Divorce and move on. My STBXW and I get along better now than we have in years of marriage. We still have about another month or 2 till ours is final. But, we have agreed on everything. Neither of use wanted to fight and we keep doing what is best for the kids. We are taking them to see the fireworks on the fourth. It can get better! Pull the trigger, bite the bullet, whatever you want to call it. Just get the ball rolling.

My split is going the same way, more less. I couldn't be married to her anymore. I tried! We worked everything ourselves. I hired a lawyer to do paperwork, dot all the i's cross the t's. We're not fighting about anything. I told her I didn't want it to come to that. But, if she pushed, i will fight. So far, so good. 3 months down and 3 to go. Good luck!!

Doesn't matter. Pop a viagra and go to town. I'm 43, wasn't looking, met a woman, we out for drinks with friends, we're seeing each other as "friends" right now. I have another 2 months till mines final. Weren't not dating. Certainly nothing more right now. We like each other company. Have great conversations. Not sure if we will date. For right now, it fun.
