2	Some women just wanna be treated like little children I personally prefer to raise my children at home, but you must have had some extremely biased and/or shitty experiences of daycares to think those types of experiences are the norm. The daycare I worked at for over 2 years was above reproach in every aspect. Staff were not permitted to allow children to cry non-stop for more than an hour without calling the parents, diapers were changed every 2 hours whether it was needed or not, and the teachers ADORED their kids.
