Most of us were taught women were angelic creatures that did no wrong and needed to be protected. Because of that when we are abused we say she was crazy or is on her period or she’s going through “X” right now excuses abuse. The number is certainly much much higher. I’ve seen several accounts years ago on mra forums of people who worked doing those results and many said they think the number is closer to 80%!! The Equal Pay Act was passed in 1963. Since then it has been illegal to pay someone less for the same job whether they’re a woman or a man. Further more when they calculate the “wage gap” they aren’t doing so based on types of jobs but pumping them altogether.
