Does anybody else feel ostracized from their supposed genders “nature”Definitely occurred to me before, I have had these convos with other websites I’ve actually never used Reddit much! It’s a bit overwhelming about how harsh and intense people can be, especially like this convo right here. That’s why I really just wanted to make a post for once to see if some other people like me would have a little discussion with me. I didn’t mean to make you so angry dude sorry, I honestly just wanted to see some perspectives and reassurance. Reddits isn’t exactly my specialit… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/12/23 07:57 PM
Does anybody else feel ostracized from their supposed genders “nature”Haha 😅 I hope not I don’t want people angry with me | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/12/23 07:53 PM
Does anybody else feel ostracized from their supposed genders “nature”My post is meant to talk about why those stereotypes even exist I am a biologically girl that makes me like other girls. I’m not really getting what the confusion is here or I’m not understanding what you’re trying to say. Why does having male interests making me theoretically “not like other girls” im a girl, therefore I am like other girls because we share a gender. I’m not really upset about anything I just wanted to see if anyone else feels kinda isolated in communities such as these because… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/12/23 05:20 PM
Does anybody else feel ostracized from their supposed genders “nature”But I am “like other girls” I’m a lot like other girls in many ways and not in many ways that’s my point, people shouldn’t be defined as “not being like other girls” just because they aren’t fitting into some arbitrary definition of a woman’s interests. People and individuals. “Not like other girls” is usually an offensive term to demean women im not trying to say other women suck for liking pink and shit. That’s why I said it wasn’t the point of my post. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/12/23 04:33 PM
Does anybody else feel ostracized from their supposed genders “nature”I totally get what you’re saying and I definitely don’t have an issue with more typical gendered roles at all! I’m a very “you do you” kinda person but of course by being the supposed minority it’s only natural to feel a bit left out or unseen. I definitely don’t want to “abolish gender roles” because a lot of people genuinely just think it’s normal id never go out of my way to tear down someone else’s life just so I could fit in better. Just wanted to see if I had anyone else a little similar t… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/12/23 03:17 PM
Does anybody else feel ostracized from their supposed genders “nature”Yes exactly dude. I hate how they use all encompassing words like that. I know I shouldn’t let some random guy piss me off about his opinion on the two women he’s seen in his life but there’s only so much I can do 😅😂 | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/12/23 03:14 PM
Does anybody else feel ostracized from their supposed genders “nature”Yes I think most of my issues stem from my extremely conservative area. I myself am conservative but that’s another topic entirely and something I am nowhere near extremist about. All around me a lot of the same things said on this subreddit are said in some way in real life. I rough. I gotta get outta here 🥲 | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/12/23 03:13 PM
Does anybody else feel ostracized from their supposed genders “nature”You put into words what I couldn’t describe. I’m not attached to my womanhood. That’s 100% what I’m feeling. Like- I have no attachment to being a woman that’s just what I biologically am. Neither am I non-binary or any other kind of transitional sex I just have never emphasized my gender as something important. Sorry I’m kinda just echoing what you said but y’all are giving me a lot to think about 😂 | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/12/23 03:10 PM
Does anybody else feel ostracized from their supposed genders “nature”Very true, I suppose when so so many people are in these communities however it always instills a little seed of doubt in me that “well if so many people agree with this isn’t it a little true?” | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/12/23 03:08 PM
Does anybody else feel ostracized from their supposed genders “nature”I really like that statement “people are above all individuals” very thoughtful im going to use that more in real life haha! 😂 | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/12/23 03:02 PM
Does anybody else feel ostracized from their supposed genders “nature”Haha, that’s unfortunate I’m not very Reddit savvy at all and I came on here assuming it would be a more neutral sub- boy was I wrong 😅😅 | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/12/23 03:01 PM
Does anybody else feel ostracized from their supposed genders “nature”I don’t see why I’d be downvoted- it’s not like I was trying to put anyone down I was genuinely asking a question to both sides of the gender spectrum. Very odd indeed. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/12/23 03:00 PM
Does anybody else feel ostracized from their supposed genders “nature”I sure hope I’m not like how women are described “deep down” if I were to ever have the chance to be in a relationship with someone good id be dammed if I didn’t take care of them with everything I got 😅 | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/12/23 02:51 PM
Does anybody else feel ostracized from their supposed genders “nature”Yes yes yes, exactly. It’s hard. I feel like men in my life constantly are doubting if I genuinely like certain things or want to do certain things. Saying it’s not feminine to build muscles or go into a job that could hurt me and take me away from my theoretical future family for long nights. Y’all are definitely making me feel better about being alone in this 😅 | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/12/23 02:49 PM
Does anybody else feel ostracized from their supposed genders “nature”That’s actually a very good point, I didn’t think about how the other sex just desperately wants a manual on the other sex so they can know exactly what to do and how to act around them, interesting. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/12/23 02:47 PM
Does anybody else feel ostracized from their supposed genders “nature”I sure hope so! I’ve always wanted to ask on here if many men like women with more stereotypically masculine traits and career choices 😅😅 I shouldn’t get too diluted by these subreddits I suppose | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/12/23 02:45 PM
Does anybody else feel ostracized from their supposed genders “nature”Hmm what I really meant by that is that while scrolling through subreddits like these many people talk about the true natures of people. Such as all women truly deep down being narcissists that don’t truly feel love and only have motives after money and such. Perhaps not that harsh but things like interests and peoples goals in life are constantly put into categories defining them as a female or male goal | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/12/23 02:43 PM
Does anybody else feel ostracized from their supposed genders “nature”Haha thank you! Didn’t mean to sound out of touch I definitely interact with other people through work and school! I suppose the overwhelming amount of stuff online about the “nature” of people has been really off putting, not to mention how much people talk in real life also talk about this stuff with me. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/12/23 02:41 PM
Does anybody else feel ostracized from their supposed genders “nature”I wish I had some female friends I have a just people I occasionally chat with at best. I suppose most of my issue around this topic comes with the area I live in. I want to find someone else like me in real life not just online. I didn’t mean to sound kinda out of touch with reality, I definitely understand these pill subreddits or any subreddits are not at all indicators of society at large. It’s just been hard since either women don’t like to talk about these interests or just don’t exist aro… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/12/23 02:39 PM
