Nah they’re very poorly taken care of stretched ear lobes. She should be the poster child of blow outs.

Judo, it’s less common, you have less scammers (fake black belts or real black belts giving bullshit classes and charging you out the ass). Judo also has a higher belt progression rate that is focused on competition so you’ll be able to test your skills often.

I’ve seen that. Like I said I’ve done both. I was a state champion wrestler and the amount of proper technique that BJJ requires is unbelievably difficult. Along with the amount of training to progress in the ladder of belts. Wrestling was tough physically yes but I could easily win in one of three ways. In judo/bjj if I don’t have the technique down pat my opponent will notice and will counter it usually resulting in their victory. In wrestling I can fuck up a double leg takedown and easily get…

Done both. BJJ is definitely more challenging.

I found dojo’s that were open. All mine here in Denver have opened up.

Man it’s changed me. I grew up wrestling and did it for 18 years and I didn’t realize how much I missed grappling until I stood on those mats again and grappled someone. Not only that but the confidence booster when you defeat a hard opponent or when you finished a tough workout and can feel the blood flowing through yourself. There’s just nothing like it. Most dojo’s/gyms do a free practice before you sign up so if you don’t like it try something else!

Read what I just said my dude. Don’t shit post it, post occasionally. IG stories with a highlight set specifically for it is okay for Shit posting but making individual posts with you in a Gi saying “great practice tonight boys” is corny. Girls will more likely want to see you biting a gold medal after a successful tournament than you looking sweaty in a Gi. Also wait to post anything until you get higher than a white belt (if you do a belt oriented art). It looks corny.

I’m an engineer in my 9-5 but I build cars/motorcycles for fun. I also powerlift competitively and do judo and BJJ competitively. Both have boosted my confidence and have helped me develop my mind and body. Learn what makes you happy first. When someone sees you have a passion for something it’s attractive- no matter the sex.

I would recommend against constantly posting it. I powerlift and do judo competitively and only post one maybe once or twice a year. When I win big matches (gold for example I’ll post it no one cares you won bronze) but to have your social media revolve around those two aspects is boring. On social media show more that attract other people as in pets, hikes, places you’ve been etc.

This^ I powerlift, participate in judo and BJJ. I’m highly competitive and it boosts my ego and self respect. Both will humble you and build yourself as an individual.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
