What are you trying to achieve? Are the girls that approach you not attractive enough?

In online dating what counts as rejection? I find I usually need to match with about 20 girls to get 1 date. But I haven’t been flaked on in awhile. Mostly just unresponsive matches or girls that never truly agree to a time and place.

You would think that asking them out again would be enough to show you’re attracted to them but some girls are weird

I never kiss on the first date unless the girl is super flirty. It feels forced. Most girls I meet are from OLD so this is my first time meeting them. I usually don’t like them enough right away to feel like kissing them. Even if they’re hot. I’ve also found that if the girl really likes you the lack of a kiss will make them chase you a little. I’ve had sex on second dates despite no kiss on the first date.

Genuinely curious—isn’t talking to them, flirting, and setting up dates escalating? I mean… what else is left other than that lol
/r/seduction17/10/22 07:39 PM

It really depends on the woman. My friend didn’t kiss his gf until their 4th date. She later told me that she thought he had friendzoned her and it made her chase him more. In reality he was just too nervous to make a move on the first few dates. I’ve also had girls throw themselves at me after I didn’t make a move. So it can go either way. Some lose interest if you don’t make a move quickly while others may become more interested by the “chase”.
/r/seduction17/10/22 02:45 PM

The majority of the women I’ve slept with have escalated on me. I’ll talk to them, flirt, and set up dates but eventually they’ll make a move on me. I’ve actually found that whenever I’m the one doing most of the escalating it’s because they’re not that into me.

Even hot women struggle with dating too. Sure they get a ton of attention but that doesn’t equate to happiness. I’ve been around a handful of hot single chicks and they mostly sit around complaining about their struggles with men

If you have good pictures of yourself try dating apps. Not much fear of rejection on the apps. In my experience you’ll get maybe one date for every 20 girls you match with. So don’t get too invested in each match and just put energy into the ones that are showing interest.

How would you rate these Tinder girls though? The only dates I’ve managed to get from Tinder were from 5s at best. Meanwhile on Hinge I’m usually dating 7+
/r/seduction04/10/22 04:09 PM

I’m wondering the same. I agree with all of his advice but I’m curious how attractive these girls could be. He described himself as short and average looking. And girls are agreeing to same-day dates. I’ve always found I needed to lower my standards a bit to get any action on Tinder
/r/seduction04/10/22 02:22 PM

I deleted Tinder recently after I realized I hadn’t gotten a date from it in years. I rarely got matches unless I went to a new city. And the convos went nowhere. Meanwhile on Hinge I regularly get matches and dates with the same exact pictures.

Every girl I’ve ever slept with has come back for more. And I’m mediocre at sex. I just act like I know what I’m doing and play it cool before and after hooking up. Also I go down on them lol
/r/seduction04/10/22 09:32 AM

I hope you’re trolling. That’s a pretty ridiculous mindset
/r/seduction03/10/22 03:52 PM

You’re not gonna get kicked out of the gym for saying Hi to a girl and introducing yourself. Just be friendly. It’s not a big deal.
/r/seduction03/10/22 03:36 PM
3

If she’s constantly checking him out and he finds her attractive then he should eventually approach. Tread lightly. Start out friendly and feel it out. I agree you shouldn’t be hitting on girls at the gym but if she’s giving to all the signs then go for it. Never know. Could end up being his wife.
/r/seduction03/10/22 03:10 PM

Agreed. Crushes are childish. You’re building the other person up in your head when you don’t even know them. There’s plenty of attractive girls. You shouldn’t be feeling an attachment towards any of them until a real connection is built
/r/seduction03/10/22 02:41 PM
1

Like others have said: it’s probably over but send one last text trying to reinitiate things. If she responds you can gauge her interest and ask her out again. I don’t recommend asking her out immediately. You need to have a decent exchange and some banter first. Then ask her out.

This is clearly a boost from going to a new location. Happens to me every time I travel, even if I’m in a smaller town than the one I live in. Also 300,000 is huge. Top 70 in the US. You have plenty of options in your hometown.
/r/seduction29/09/22 01:12 PM
1

In my experience you have to gauge it based on the girl’s texting style. There are some girls that like to constantly ask “how was your day?” or “what are you up to?”. These are very boring topics and I find it difficult to have an interesting convo with these girls outside of logistics. However there are other girls that can keep a witty/flirty convo going all day. With these girls I don’t mind the constant texting as it builds/maintains attraction.
/r/seduction21/09/22 03:38 PM

I’m like this. My friends all give me a hard time about being too picky. I have dry spells but when I do pull a girl she’s usually pretty damn attractive. This was a big issue for me back in high school because I was only attracted to maybe the 10 hottest girls at my school but had no chance of getting with them. So I went into college a kissless virgin. Now in my late 20s and things have turned around
/r/seduction02/09/22 01:50 PM
5

Definitely back off. Girls that are interested don’t turn away kisses. Girls that are interested don’t take 3 days to reply. Backing off may actually raise her interest a little. If you’re getting that anxious feeling that you need to chase her then that’s your queue to back off and see if she’ll reciprocate your interest level
/r/seduction21/08/22 05:02 PM

The 2 worst dates I’ve been on were with 2 girls I had to “chase” to get the date. I had to ask them out multiple times or deal with them rescheduling or whatever. When we finally got on the date it was instantly obvious that they weren’t attracted to me. They had bad body language and barely made the effort to hold a conversation. Not saying every other girl I’ve been out with was “easy” but I never felt like I was chasing them. And the dates were always good
/r/seduction15/08/22 04:30 PM

One of these guys flirts with my friend’s mom every time we see her. My friend gets super annoyed but the guy thinks he’s just being friendly

Simple compliments about something they’re wearing or a personality trait if it’s a woman you’ve met a few times. Don’t go around telling every woman they’re beautiful or any crap like that
/r/seduction04/08/22 11:49 AM
41

Get comfortable giving women compliments and teasing them. And be very present when talking to them. Smirking/smiling and strong eye contact
/r/seduction04/08/22 01:38 AM
176

Flirtatious. The 2 guys I know that get laid a lot literally flirt with every woman they come in contact with. Married women, old ladies, fat coworkers, doesn’t matter. And a lot of times they don’t realize they’re flirting, it’s become the way they naturally talk.
/r/seduction03/08/22 04:43 PM

Unless you truly did something wrong you shouldn’t try to get an ex back. It’ll just end the same way again. Believe me I re-attracted the same ex 3 times. I improved myself each time. The problem is I was good enough to begin with but we were never going to be fully compatible. Wasted a lot of time before I realized that
/r/seduction03/08/22 04:33 PM
3

What happened with the 2nd girl? Did you text her? Did she respond?
/r/seduction31/07/22 09:07 PM
1

I don’t think most guys are wasting their time going after “10s”. You’d have to consider a girl to be at least a 5 or 6 initially to want to hookup with her. A 6 or 7 to consider dating her. An 8 is conventionally very attractive. A 9 is gorgeous. I’m not sure what a 10 even is. Like the hottest girl you’ve ever seen and probably a celebrity. We’re talking about objective attractiveness without knowing the person. Personality/connection obviously matters too
/r/seduction31/07/22 04:59 PM
13

Tricky situation. It’s hard to date girls that enjoy going to clubs. Is she texting you throughout the night? I dated a girl like this but she’d be blowing up my phone while she was out and would go to the bathroom and send me nudes. So I felt comfortable that she preferred my attention over the guys at the club
/r/seduction30/07/22 01:55 PM
2

If this was a girl I had already met then maybe. But I would never do this as a first meet from a dating app. I see no pros and all cons. In general, I don’t want to meet a girl’s friends until we’ve been dating for a bit and are nearly in a relationship
/r/seduction30/07/22 01:36 PM
1

If you’re getting make outs you’re doing something right and should be able to close. In comparison I’ve been out with 8 girls in the last 6 months. Only made out with 3 of them but slept with 2 of those girls. The 3rd one I messed up escalating when she was at my place. The other 5 girls were bad first dates. Either they didn’t seem attracted to me or I wasn’t attracted to them.
/r/seduction30/07/22 01:10 PM
2

Are you saying you’ve only slept with 1 out of the 80 girls? But made out with most of them? If I’m reading that right that’s a very concerning statistic.
/r/seduction30/07/22 12:57 PM
4

Everyone settles in a way. Rarely do people end up with someone truly out of their league. Super handsome or rich dudes may have more options but they can still get rejected or cheated on. Same thing for hot girls. But yes there are some girls that chase guys out of their league for years before becoming lonely and settling for a lesser partner.
/r/seduction29/07/22 08:00 PM
1

I agree with all of this. You need to go for hotter girls. If a girl sleeps with me after only an hour or two of knowing each other she loses so much value in my eyes. Either she wasn’t that hot, was too drunk/horny, or was desperate for some reason. Also if you feel like you’re just going through the motions that’s very unfulfilling. I had a couple bad dates with a girl who I could barely hold a convo with. We ended up hooking up and the sex was so awkward and pointless.
/r/seduction29/07/22 06:00 PM
1

If you want a hoe phase without wasting a ton of time/energy you’ll need to go after less attractive women. Some of the biggest players I know have slept plenty of unattractive women. Trying to sleep with a bunch of hot girls will require lots of game/calibration/rejection. Personally I’ve never thought a hoe phase was worth it. I don’t like banging ugly chicks but also don’t want to waste my time chasing a bunch of hot chicks when the return on investment is so low.
/r/seduction25/07/22 06:35 PM
5

In general I tend to think a lot of guys that only want something casual view the girl as on their level or below their level. If the the girl is hotter than most of the girls they have been with then she’s a catch and the guy is more open to a relationship. That’s true for me at least. Especially when I’m meeting girls online. In person there’s more room for personality to make an impression on me. But online it’s: kinda cute = casual hookup, really cute/hot = potential girlfriend
/r/seduction16/07/22 05:00 PM
2

I see that advice on here a lot and if it works for you then that’s great. I’ve just never had success with not texting at all between dates. Me or the girl will at least send a confirmation text the night before the date if we haven’t texted yet between dates.
/r/seduction15/07/22 03:45 PM
4

I don’t like to go more than 2 days without sparking up a quick text exchange with a girl to keep the banter going between dates. Sometimes the girl will initiate this herself but that depends on the type of girl and her level of interest. I’m not saying that would’ve definitely saved this situation but it may have helped. In my experience going cold for 4 days pretty much guarantees the girl will flake
/r/seduction15/07/22 01:23 PM
6

I was talking more about when you’re on a date with a girl that’s showing low interest. I’d subtly try to end the date early and probably wouldn’t initiate texting with her after the date. In a set yes if I felt like my presence was bothering her I’d end up saying something like “it was nice meeting you now I’ve gotta get back to my friends” and I’d exit. Not gonna harass a girl that’s not interested. She may come back around if you exit gracefully and she was just in a bad mood at the time you …

I second this. Didn’t pay for professional photos but had my buddy’s girlfriend take a few and was in a wedding last summer so a couple good pics came from that. My online dating results have tripled in the past year. Way more matches, hotter matches, better convos, more dates, more sex. Sure I still get ghosted occasionally and have some one word response convos but results are a lot better
/r/seduction09/06/22 08:09 PM
1

Yeah it’s frustrating because rarely do I get dates with girls I’m super attracted to. I’ve been on a lot of dates recently so I was confident and I put my best foot forward but we just couldn’t make a connection in-person
/r/seduction06/06/22 06:34 PM
1

In-person if she’s avoiding eye contact, not smiling, closed body language, or giving one word answers then it’s probably not gonna happen. Over text if she takes a while to reply and gives short replies then it’s not a great situation. Either way you can still ask for the date and her response to that will tell you everything
/r/seduction06/06/22 02:26 PM
2

If she goes on a second date then it’s not a failure. I rarely kiss on the first date unless the girl is being very flirtatious. I’ve slept with girls on the second date after only hugging on the first date.
/r/seduction06/06/22 01:27 PM
159

It takes two to tango. If the conversation isn’t flowing and her body language is bad then it’s going to feel totally unnatural for me to flirt and escalate.
/r/seduction06/06/22 10:55 AM
3

How many dates have you been on with the 2 guys that want to make it official?
/r/seduction21/05/22 06:19 PM
7

Life would be easier without a job too. But then you’d be an unemployed bum. It’s nice to take a quick break every now and then to recharge and refocus but it should be brief and you should be self-improving
/r/seduction28/03/22 12:20 PM
2

Never worry about her DMs. You’ll drive yourself crazy. Only worry about how she’s treating you. If she’s constantly posting selfies that’d be a turnoff for me but you didn’t mention that. Any idea how she ended up with 50k? I’ve known plenty of hot chicks with 10k but 50k seems like it would’ve taken effort to cultivate. Or she went viral through Tiktok or was tagged in a pic with a big influencer or something
/r/seduction28/03/22 12:10 PM
1

I don’t necessarily have a rule for that. Depends on how the date goes.
/r/seduction17/03/22 01:06 PM
1

Been through this plenty of times and it’s almost always a bad sign. I’d recommend backing off for a week or two and see if she reaches out. If she doesn’t then you can attempt to set a date 1 more time. If she won’t commit then you never contact again
/r/seduction16/03/22 03:07 PM
35

If it was selfies or slutty pics it’d be an issue for me. But you said it’s not so I’d just ignore it. You’ll never find a “perfect” girl. A lot of girls post obsessively on social media these days
/r/seduction10/03/22 08:33 PM
2

Definitely try again. My results got way better when I got better pics. Had a roommate a couple years ago that was ripped and had shirtless pics and he absolutely crushed it
/r/seduction09/03/22 01:58 AM
7

How hot are the girls you’re approaching? Maybe you’re aiming too low. Also you should be killing it on dating apps if you have even half-decent pictures.
/r/seduction09/03/22 12:06 AM
16

I see what you’re saying. The only reason I don’t ask for the number in these particular situations is because I’ve had low interest girls give me their number and then the text convo is just as bad as the dating app convo and I’m still wasting energy on her. Forcing her to make the effort to text me first helps me gauge her interest level
/r/seduction02/03/22 03:02 AM
1

That’s awesome
/r/seduction02/03/22 02:34 AM
11

I tend to agree but I see it as another avenue to meet women. During the week it’s very unlikely I’d meet a new attractive woman as I’m mostly at the gym, work and home. Apps give me opportunities while chilling at home and I’ve had enough success that it’s worth it. On the weekend I’m more likely to be out and can meet women the old fashioned way
/r/seduction01/03/22 11:00 PM
2

You’re overthinking it. Go with the flow. If she brings up “what are you looking for?” or openly talks about how she wants a boyfriend on the first date then yes you shouldn’t sleep with her. But that type of girl likely wouldn’t let you sleep with her on the first date anyway
/r/seduction01/03/22 10:04 PM
1

Especially if you sleep with her on the first date. A lot of girls will feel slutty for having sex on the first date and that will turn them off from a relationship with that guy
/r/seduction01/03/22 09:44 PM
7

You don’t “know” she wants a relationship with you unless she specifically says she does. She could go on the date, realize you’re not compatible but think you’re hot, then bang you and not want to see you again. It’s happened to me
/r/seduction01/03/22 09:38 PM
3

A Hinge date isn’t much different than a Tinder date. Nothings forcing you to get in a relationship. Match, talk, go on date, escalate, see what happens.
/r/seduction01/03/22 09:28 PM
7

Overall I’m looking for a girlfriend but I’m pretty picky so I haven’t found a girl worth committing to yet. I’ll still have casual sex with them until things fizzle out or they start pushing for commitment.
/r/seduction01/03/22 08:22 PM
1

This is satire but I honestly agree with all of it (except reading their minds which is a little much). And it’s not that crazy or difficult. Overall have your shit together, have a life, have a little game, and don’t care too much what girls think. All things you can control
/r/seduction01/03/22 07:30 PM
47

Tinder is pretty much dead for me these days. I think most attractive girls see Tinder as a joke in 2022. All of my success in the past year or two has been on Hinge
/r/seduction01/03/22 07:13 PM
10

Whenever it starts to feel like I’m chasing a girl a lightbulb automatically goes off in my head that she’s low interest at best and I have to completely back off. Occasionally they’ll get curious and start hitting me up more but 95% of the time I never hear from them again
/r/seduction25/02/22 11:08 PM
53

A lot of girls get pumped and dumped by higher SMV men. I’m not even saying super high value men. Just men that are one level above them in attractiveness. I’m guilty of this sometimes. I’ll sleep with a girl I view as a 6 or 7 but never commit. I try not to lie or lead them on but I have hurt a couple girls unfortunately
/r/seduction23/02/22 10:47 PM
1

I agree 2k isn’t very high these days but at some point a high follower count translates to a certain level of status. Or at least perceived status. You shouldn’t care but if you found out a chick you met on the street had 2 million followers you may view her differently
/r/seduction23/02/22 08:58 PM
1

I don’t think the high number of followers was necessarily directly correlated with her clinginess/insecurity. I was more pointing out that despite all of the attention/options she had on social media she was still clingy and insecure
/r/seduction23/02/22 08:52 PM
56

It pretty much directly correlates to how attractive the dude is. I’m only a decent looking dude and I’ve been approached a handful of times in my life. I assume hotter dudes get approached more than me and uglier dudes get approached less. Not all women are scared to approach
/r/seduction23/02/22 06:18 PM
1

It can be viewed as a status symbol and status has always played a factor in the dating game. I don’t agree that it should play a factor but it often does
/r/seduction23/02/22 06:01 PM
16

I agree and I didn’t know about her IG following until we were a couple dates in. More followers may not always directly correlate to more high maintenance but in this case it probably did. I think it’s become the norm with attractive girls in 2022
/r/seduction23/02/22 05:58 PM
20

Completely agreed. They end up chasing that dopamine hit that comes with more likes and more followers and that often leads to more feelings of inadequacy
/r/seduction23/02/22 05:23 PM
18

Many people in their twenties and younger seem to value it a lot. Some girls give out there IG before giving out their phone number.
/r/seduction23/02/22 05:02 PM
7

Exactly. Why do you wanna date a girl that your friend is sleeping with? Any girl that my friend has hooked up with instantly becomes a zero in my eyes. Unless it’s years later
/r/seduction22/02/22 05:35 PM
11

My results improved significantly when I got better pictures. That being said I am only able to get dates with about 5% of my matches. I slept with 2/5 of those girls. The other 3 fizzled out after 1st or 2nd date. Most of my success has been on Hinge
/r/seduction20/02/22 02:07 PM
3

Cool I’ve always worked out and been in shape but never quite lean enough to have abs (probably around 20% body fat). Been looking for the motivation to clean up my diet to lose 10-15 pounds. I occasionally match with hot girls on apps but very rarely get them to meetup
/r/seduction10/12/21 02:53 PM
3

Have all of your lays been through Tinder? Or are there any cold approach/social circle? And do you showcase your body on Tinder or give most of the credit to a leaner face?
/r/seduction10/12/21 02:30 PM
16

Good for you. I’ve been working out for years but have never been consistent with diet. Probably 15-20% body fat. You’ve given me some motivation
/r/seduction21/11/21 03:13 AM
13

Has this all been from online? And you don’t have any shirtless pics? Just a lean face?
/r/seduction21/11/21 03:05 AM
2

I don’t know how your text convo was going before but her simply saying “ok” shows a slight lack of interest and just saying “hey you” creates some push-pull where she needs to put in a little more effort. Ideally she’ll start asking questions and you can continue to have a real convo. You shouldn’t have to carry the conversation
/r/seduction21/11/21 01:42 AM
4

You did the right thing backing off. I would just respond with “hey you” and make her put more investment in the convo. She should be asking questions trying to figure out what you’re up to
/r/seduction21/11/21 01:07 AM
1

It sounds like you were getting IOIs from every girl in the gym. You must’ve been the best looking dude in there or have great body language or something. Either way good for you man
/r/seduction22/10/21 03:54 PM
4

After only a month I think this isn’t a great sign. In my successful relationships the girl is typically still blowing up my phone at this stage. This slows down after 6 months to a year. Maybe pull back a little
/r/seduction19/10/21 02:17 AM
