Well, let's say the person you are arguing with is a rapist who is belittling his/her crime by calling it "20 minutes of action", then the comment in the original post would be quite valid because seemingly that's the only way that person would understand the gravity of their actions. So yes, you can claim that rape is horrific and wish it on someone at the same time in certain scenarios.

You are right that such words are not something you would say to anyone except in extreme circumstances and that such extreme circumstances have a low probability. Unlikely events do occur however. I ask for the context so that I can ascertain if it was such an unlikely event.

Hmm, agree that she could've been kinder. I need the context of parent comment/conversation in order to decide if I should pardon harsh words or not. As a simple example, if the author of the parent comment was the Stanford rapist blaming his victim for being drunk, I'd pardon this commenter for the harsh words she has chosen.
