You definitely do not want to pay off mortgages "as slow as possible". If you pay 13 months of principal every 12 months on a 20 year loan you'll knock out 7 years of interest payments. The banks wants your money NOW, not 20 years from now.

Cocky humor wrapped up in self deprecation. Perfect way to do self deprecating humor, great example, cause I gotta agree with one of the above posters. Self deprecating humor can be SO unattractive cause its borderline "haha I don't have enough self confidence, please tell me I'm ok haha" cue nervous laughter Def gotta have cocky in the self deprecating mix, otherwise it's just depressing (literally)

That's true, leagues DO go both ways, and it's healthy to realize that girls have the same. exact. thoughts of "Oh he is SO outta my league, I don't stand a chance compared to the OTHER girls he gets..."

THIS is the answer. It's about YOUR league, not her's. The girl wants to get a feel for your league, but if you can't even say hi to her, what sort of a "league" are you in? Bro, are you even PLAYING?! Hellooooo?!

There's medicine for that, but there are no "bone-elongating pills"

This was your mistake. The ugly one is USED TO getting ignored, it's nothing new to her, BUT she ABHORS seeing her friends getting approached over and over and over, while she feels more and more invisible each time. If the ugly one isn't getting any attention, she'll make sure nobody else gets any either. Key is to approach the "ugly one" and barely give attention to the "pretty ones" Flip the script and make the invisible one the center of attention, and the pretty ones will try to re-establis…

The key maneuver is to, while holding her hand, loosen your grip on her as if you were about to let her go, and if she immediately increases her hold onto your hand in response, it's sort of an unconscious signal of "Where are you going, why are you leaving, please don't go, I don't want you to let go of me, keep holding me" or something along those lines. It's one thing to read about it, but it's mind blowingly powerful when you experience such a subtle level of communication like that.

The Rules of Attraction: 1. Be attractive 2. Don't be unattractive Different people have different definitions of "attractive" and "unattractive" but that's not to say there aren't any universal definitions of those words. Paradoxes. Paradoxes everywhere.

Yea I was gonna say, his age will definitely triumph yours in terms of pure experience, so don't "try" cause he has 5 kids worth of experience. He has more than "proven" that he is husband material, where as you have no experience being a husband OR father. Best case might be to let his novelty wear off and hope she starts to see him closer to her own dad rather than her children's dad. You don't wanna fuck your father, but you definitely wanna fuck your children's father. Since you two are so c…

This right here. Motivation comes from action, not vice versa.

Either you say "No, it looks great on you" (Validate) or "It looks terrible, how DARE you show that to me" (be an asswipe) OR you remain silent and let her realize the stupidity of her asking you that question. She EXPECTS you to validate her and NOT be an asswipe, but if you're silent and she gets NEITHER, her gears will keep churning "Why isnt he telling me what I EXPECT him to say?" "Is he an asshole? No, I dont date assholes." The TRUE validation for her comes from OTHER men and women ogling…
