I agree with you in general, but, in my opinion, you need to be an attractive man so that you have options. And if you don't have options, then you will be settling for a girl (and by options I mean you have multiple women attracted to you). So if you're not trying to be the best version of yourself, I really don't think you will find your soulmate.

I agree 100%. I think your self-image is dictating the majority of how interactions go with girls. So if even YOU don't like yourself, what the hell do you think other girls will think of you?

Yup, that's what happened to me early on. Was wasting too much time on stupid activities and was messing my brain up with easy dopamine sources. That's why I love the 5th link I listed above. Just leaving yourself mentally unstimulated for once in your life can motivate you to seek normal pleasures, like working towards self-improvement.

No problem! Putting this stuff into practice was the hardest thing for me too but once I started practicing just a little bit every week, I started getting into a better routine of actually applying what I was learning.

True! A lot of people think they’re very expensive but that’s why I do online bootcamps. Just do enough research on google or forums and find one that’s under $100.

Emphasis on the "keep it up" When I got my first few approaches, I felt great but got lazy & stopped doing it after a while. Then when I went back to it in a few months, it was like I never did them & my brain was completely reset. Make sure you continue to do at least 1 weekly so you don't lose your progress!
