Can you be more specific on how you’d like to change your subconscious? For example: Are you looking for the meaning of life? Autobiographies Speak like a CEO is a good book on public speaking. Most business books which talk about how to speak effectively is the best bet.

No. I’m thinking about her hamster. There’s a difference. Keeping it on read is fucking petty and shows you really just want to stuff it in her face and live just so you can scoff and say that you’re better off without her. The point is not about being mr nice guy or a petty fagt - the point is to truly believe that she’s in the past. Imagine if you got a text from some random number. Would you keep it on read and be all ‘cool’ or would you be like wtf bye & delete

Her hamster will think a lot of things, but the scale of variability in thought is wider without a read receipt . Delete without read receipt. If you communicate you read it, then her hamster will kick in. No receipt will leave her hamster if the dark. Just delete it.
