As a tourist I found Marseille to be pretty nice for a few days. You spent longer there?

Ah alright, I thought I read somewhere about 3 mins rest being better for muscle gain when doing things like 5x5. Thanks for the reply man.

Same happened in the Netherlands, nazi-sympathists became social outcasts. Some women's hair was shaved etc, IIRC.

I suppose we should chalk it up to a misinterpretation

I feel that's more about your perception of the world and your convictions. You could try and change 'em, or not, it's up to you. To me your earlier comment sounds pessimistic, which is contra-productive when it comes to flirting.

It's not saying that at all. It's about people idolizing people by saying they are out of their league. Every person no matter how gorgeous has their shit side. That's what you're missing with "I shouldn't bother talking to her because she's probably a bitch anyway". Everybody is a bitch. My comment is intended to keep you grounded. Don't pedestalize, don't idolize some woman just because she's good looking.

You can also try something like a "Duchenne" smile. Which uses both the eyes and the mouth. Could be compared to a spontaneous laugh or smile, but it's easily practiced. And then you can turn that into a sort of smirk (A Duchenne smirk?). It has different effects than a normal smirk though. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smile

I'm from the Netherlands, and AFAIK I haven't heard it here, nor is it such a big topic around university students. All that feminism isn't that prevalent in the media as well. At least in my area.

Perhaps it'd be more interesting if they would've used a larger sample size... 23? That's abysmally low to try and make these claims. I do agree that it could be an interesting anthropology note, if substantiated with more sound research.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
