I do have this cravings sometimes, but they are no good. The best thing is to move over or through her, solve the problems with yourself and find a girl who respects and treats you well. You will feel much better and never look back.

Get some practice with Tinder, don't put so much pressure on you. Try to find a hobby where to meet women: hiking, dancing, etc.

Nothing, get over it and move to next one. As hard can it look this your best option. It took me some time to realize how this IDGAF is the pragmatic way. This contradicts the fact that when you really like someone you should fight to.win them. I am still swallowing the pill and having trouble to understand how you can bond with a girl but in the same time dont give a fuck.

Met a girl like this. It was the daughter of a single mother. Both being a disaster. Both riding the CC, going out clubbing, going to holidays. The girl was into multiple men, suffered from insomnia and decided never to get married. I wished I have noticed the signs earlier but life's like this. Now I know. So, fuck the shit out of her, dont get oneitis. I dont want to generalize, perhaps she is a good girl. Handle with care.

Not specialist but she manifested a lot of BPD symptoms. I would really like in the long term for her to just be a temporary state and be ok. She is a good girl, but sometimes she admitted is overwhelmed with lots of thoughts. Anyhow, doesn't matter she's history hope to never met her again.

:)), your post made me laugh. She had the same behavior as you described. Used her friends to make me jealous, even if she knew they will hurt me and them. All of them were confused. But yes I realized she's not that special. I don't think she will ever reach to me, but I'm curious if I can resist not answering.

Well, didn't knew that BPD existed before her. She was raised by a single mum, spends a lot of money on shoes, she also drinks a lot. Sometimes says that she likes going to clubs, other times she denies that. She had some problems in the past with a guys she couldn't get over in 4 years after breakup. She is implusive and incoherent. She doesn't listen and she isn't able to feel anything for a person. I advised her to see a therapist and blocked her on all media channels.

After reading about BPD this is pretty much it. Anyhow, I am hooked and internalized that should never contact her.

Only way to get over her is to get through it. I don't know how old you are, but think back on every other girl you know who at one time are another you thought was special, amazing, different... What do you mean by get through it? I am 31 years old and you are right the other girl I thought it was special, amazing, different etc it doesn't even exist in my mind. I am having problem letting it go. Not sure who this can be mentally achieved.

You need to just move on. Stop thinking about her (e.g. block her on social media, get rid of anything that reminds you of her, etc.). Clean house, man. NO CONTACT. Thanks for taking time to answer. I'm already trying to stop thinking about her for one month, somehow it doesn't work. It proves as I try harder to not think about her, I am thinking more about her. Anyhow, I started reading books and sports (running and swimming) but sometimes the pain is unbearable.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
