Last year my SIL gave everyone a copy of the same book with a little personalized note on the inside for each person.

I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the re…

Have you read any of the books recommended on here? I was reading fascinating womanhood but fell behind with the book club, so I didn't finish it lol. The MGTOW stuff is interesting, but imo it can get pretty negative and I don't find it very helpful in any part of my life as a woman.

You could work on a project. Redecorate your house, make a painting that would be a centerpiece for your living room, make a gift for a friend, start a garden. Projects always make me feel a lot more accomplished and fulfilled.

Great point! This is why I would never want hateful rhetoric in the United States to have legal consequences the way it does in several nations in Europe - for fear of something like Holocaust denial and talking about the difference in IQ distributions between men and women being lumped into the same category.
