2	Can i bulk on a zero carb diet? 5'8 guy here at 172 lbs (14% bf) currently. I suggest you clean bulk and enjoy the carbs all you want. Wasted 2 years of my time trying to cut at around 140-145 lbs each summer before. All it did was set me back. Cutting won't make a huge difference with a low muscular mass. The more explanation you try to give, the more you might try to reconsider your own actions, and perhaps regret it. Left mid-date with a potential LTR once due to a huge disrespect and never looked back. 4	Why do we lose frame over the time of an LTR 4 years in LTR here and never lost frame, had beef or got disrespected. I used to be in your shoes in 2015. It comes with experience. You will start developing your own standards for anything in life. This is where respect comes naturally. People will know you for having standards and won't dare to change their behaviours. 21	RP phase where you realize you got no friends anymore... Exactly what I'm going through for the last 2 years. I only go out alone most of the time unless it's a date. Used to have a huge social circle back then. Close BP friends always gossip, late/flake on meetups, cry about the same problems but never try to actually fix them.
