| 1 | 50/50In my situation, we did have a hard time agreeing on what was "fair" in the beginning. We just started doing Sunday to Sunday. That way you had the exact amount of time to figure out work, school, free time, etc. it worked for us but I understand that it doesn't for everyone. | 2 | 50/50I was lucky enough that my daughters mother just sign her rights over to me. I didn't have to go to court. Her mother knew she would never win anyway, and I always maintained that I was simply seeking custody for the sake of our daughter, that I had no intention of "taking her" from her.
