Perfectly fine; though with the affair - if you fell apart at that moment, I would imagine that would be indicative of a number of things you did before then for her to not want to remain faithful to you. The problem is that you can't "open up" about what's going on with you and then not have some plan of action to deal with it. Where I think the massive breakdown occurs is this idea that all one has to do is model "alpha" behavior and some how that fixes everything. When what one really has to do is be real and be authentic. A woman wants to know that her man has courage - the ability to act in the face of fear - and that he's not going to surrender and succumb to fear.
