Honestly just look at soccer players and their bodies. That’s what women “want”. They don’t care how much you lift tbh they just want you to “look good” which equates to low body fat. You should be training for yourself. For the long run. So that when you’re 80 you can still play w your grandkids and not stuck in a wheelchair. Train for strength then size will come.
