A lot of LVM keep doing shit because they are enabled by people around them. Specially their mothers. We need to end this ridiculous cycle raising our sons to be functional, responsible adults in the future.

And they can't get none of it. Not the love, nor the "getting more" part.

"Nooo! You can't love a woman and value her accordingly, you can't have a healthy relationship and be happy, you must be miserable like me, crying around the Internet about evil ~females~ that doesn't want me"

> We will leave you alone and childless. While also despising and devaluing single moms. The ones, you know, are raising their children alone usually because some NVM wouldn't take responsibility.

I am a gamer. The funny part is that when gamer men get involved with me, they feel like they found the Holy Grail...until they start to resent it because I play too much, or spend too much in games (with my own money)...it's almost like they can do all of those things, while it's expected of me to support them, not to be absorbed with my own hobbies. Also I'm a gamer, and a runner, and a writer. I like to go outdoors, I like to read, I like to sing, I like so many things. And beside my hobbies …

I love the ones that will go through the political route. "Those dates are commercial, capitalist, I choose not to be a part of it". Yeeeeah, right.

Yes, exactly! His family was almost as delusional as him. 100% bizarre.

I reached that conclusion around the same age. My mother taught me to be kind and polite. But sometimes kind and polite doesn't work in a world of predators. It takes some time to remove from our head some things that are ingrained since early childhood.

There was a case some years ago in which a famous ex-model/TV host here in Brazil had a stalker and he attacked her in a hotel. Her brother in law ended up in a physical altercation with him and killed the guy in self defense (the man was so crazy he even shot the BIL's wife - she survived). The interesting part about all this is that the madman had an Instagram account which made very clear his very, very unhealthy obsession with the model. He also claimed that they had a secret affair. After h…

I used to catch the same bus every single day. I would enter the bus, say "good morning" to the bus driver, give him the coins and go through the turnstile. One day I said "good morning" as usual, gave him the coins as usual. He took it and just slid his hand slowly against mine while looking at me in the eye. I was so shocked (I was younger too, that was some years ago) that I didn't say anything, just turned around very fast and went through the turntile. And I changed the time I usually took …

Exactly. Marriage means you'll sacrifice some things. You'll lose freedom to do a lot, you'll be bound to other person and all your life choices from there on will have to take that person in account. It's a big deal. That's why I don't dream about marriage per se. Single life is more practical, specially for career-driven women. That's why I would trade that absolute freedom only for something even better. Someone worth it. And if that person never appears, it's ok. It's better to be alone, mak…

Also those peak mid-30s men are...you know, out there, having a life, relationships, earning money, not on the Internet throwing tantrums. They talk like every single man reaches this legendary peak, while some of them are already in their descent in their mid 20s. I am on my mid 30s and I feel at the peak of my life. If LVMs don’t want anything with me it’s actually a blessing, they are filtering themselves out.

Oh, yes, they used the eugenics card too, insinuated that I’ll get a white donor from US for my hypothetical son to whiten my family (which is also funny because I’m biracial, whether I get a black or white or mixed donor doesn’t have any impact at all, the child would still be mixed just as I am).

Some months ago I was in a Facebook group and commented in a thread that maybe I would use a sperm bank someday to have children, if still single in my late thirties or early forties. Just a passing comment, I wasn't even trying to cause controversy, it was really an innocent remark. A bunch of guys had a meltdown lol about how feminism is destroying the nuclear family, destroying society, destroying civilization, how women use men for just what they want and discard them...I didn't even say any…

The best thing about this is that she's in her 70s and looks beautiful while still looking like a woman in her 70s. There are probably some cosmetic treatments, surgeries here and there, but everything discreet and tasteful. If I reach that age looking half this good I'll be happy.

They always say that. So shameless - grieving, when you care, is spontaneous. Even if the deceased wanted us to be happy, for the person that really misses that special someone...it's impossible, at least for some time. A certain LVM from my family went directly from his dad's funeral to his home, bought some beer and put some cheery music on, and went on to say "dad would like me to be happy". I wonder if his wife, which was present during all this, caught on that he'll do the same after her ow…

My mom died in November. In January my dad had a new girlfriend. One of the last things my mom told me was "who will take care of your father?" Seems he got it covered. Not to mention the part where a grown man ~needs~ someone to take care of him.

I saw it firsthand when my mom got sick. She wasn't abandoned, but she was such an exception that other women treating themselves in the same hospital would be surprised seeing that she was still married. That place demolished my faith in love. I could never trust men again as I could before. Also where I used to live there was a neighbor that had terminal colon cancer and her husband every single day would say horrible things to her, like "I can't stand you crying anymore", "I wish you were dea…

This is ridiculous. If he has a problem with the organization of the house, why doesn't he take care of it? Will his hands fall down? My mom had a somewhat similar life (without the cheating part, AFAIK) and I swear, I won't ever, EVER find myself with a grown man to take care as if he was my child. It seems that asking them to take care of their own houses - yes, the one they live in, the one they get dirty by living on it is too much for those NVM entitled assholes. Sadly those older women, wh…

Exactly how I feel. Even because having a stranger in our bed just to leave the next day is not true intimacy at all, just a travesty of it. It won't fulfill what I search for.

Same here lol. And I'm yet to see something really toxic or dehumanizing about men around here. I've never seen anyone advocating for sex with minor men, rape or terrorism, which is already better than a lot of subs (including banned ones) that I've had the displeasure to see around Reddit all those years. Also I don't hate men at all. Actually the person that I love the most is a man. I just don't want to be a pushover for LVM. I want basic respect that I deserve not only as a woman but as a hu…

This is like...getting the worst part of being a single and the worst part of being commited, all in one. The point of having a relationship is to build something together. Why would I restrict myself, pull myself from the dating pool, accept a person in my life with all his quirks and imperfections if not with an objective beyond all of it? No, it doesn't need to be a house in the suburbs with two children running with some labrador. It just needs to be...something. SOMETHING at least. A true g…

Former fat woman too. I've never, ever lowered my standards, which consists, basically, in a decent, kind human being, that has basic self care (as in hygiene and taking care of his health) and financial independence (not an absurd thing to ask from a man in his thirties, specially considering that I am independent myself). Not a big deal at all. It's best to stay single than to welcome problems in your life. A single woman can be perfectly happy on her own.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/01/21 05:18 PM
26

Exactly. Also when you are confident, independent and knows how to take care of yourself, better people tend to appear in your life. Better friendships and even better men. And if they are not good enough, you can turn your back and leave easily because even the best person in the world is just an add-on. You are already fulfilled as you are.

No cat or dog can destroy your life so thoroughly. The biggest suffering inflicted on me by a dog was the destruction of a notebook. Nothing close to the tragedies I see women going through every single day because of bad relationships.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy18/01/21 04:50 PM

I'll only trade my singleness for someone worthy of it. No less than that. I'm happier now with my career soaring and my dogs by my side than I was with ANY of my exes.

They are projecting. THEY are terrified about ending up alone, and they think we feel the same. Or at least should feel. lol
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy18/01/21 04:39 PM

Exactly. And if they say they wanna leave, just let them leave. Don't give in to power games or manipulation. More than once I heard something like "maybe we should end this" like some kind of a threat, like "you should do something about [this thing I don't like], or I'll leave". Leave then lol. Whatever.

Hahahah it happened to me. I broke up with a guy and he wouldn't stop pestering me. "Who is he? Tell me!" "LOL there isn't anyone, I just don't wanna be with you anymore"

I noticed this pattern. When I'm single, I'm happier, have more time to spend on my hobbies and interests, I get out more. I'm even more beautiful and well cared, good health, nice weight. I'm alone for some time now and I'm glowing. The best thing about it is knowing you can be perfectly happy without any man. Therefore, we should only welcome in our life men with the potential to make us even happier. Any less is not interesting.

Wtf. He's unfuckable because he's obviously crazy, women must be able to smell the insanity from miles away and then they run for their lives.
