18	Guy gets sexually assaulted by mother in law. These are some of the many comments not taking him serious. While true, that shit still ends up in the poster's inbox. It hurts to see stuff like that. The fact that there are that many comments like that instead of just one or two. The fact that people don't feel more respectful, therein lies the problems we need to fix. Plus, a mod doing their job would have nuked those comments fast. My fiancé and some friends and colleagues have had good discussions about this: Going overboard to try to pander to specific groups is bound to fail. Instead, making something unique to be appreciated ends up being either better or at least succeeds or fails on fair merit. Think Captain Marvel vs Wonder Woman. We fight for equality and rights and then this. Now, I'm not a fan of it being called rape unless we know that it was either nonconsensual or statutory rape (which could have had consent but be between a minor and legal adult but done in a place where that is illegal) and also that it was actually done. 2	Lost my job because I was targeted for being a white male True. The good news (at least anecdotally): I’ve noticed an increasing number of women and minorities speaking out about how white people (and white males) are part of diversity and inclusiveness, and if we want to create those things we need to include EVERYONE.
