Stay in the moment. Practice being present without letting your mind wonder. Wear a rubber band or something to remind yourself in these moments to be present. Sure helps me.

I'm the one that introduced RP into our marriage. I don't know how many women are on here but, for me, it took a lot of time. I think leading her to self evaluation is a great thing! You just don't know what you don't know. If your leading gently, she should respond well.

How does this work with a man that doesn't stick to what we plan? What I mean by this is, to use your situation...We would come up with the plans and once I do the work that has been given to me-He isn't happy with the plans...LIKE EVER! When he comes to me complaining and wanting to change everything it gets very frustrating.
