| 8 | To youngins struggling- it gets way easier in your mid to late 20s if you look after yourself in your early 20sFor me it is mostly more attention to myself. Picking up new hobbies that I can talk to people about, reading more interesting books, getting more competent at my job which rubs off on confidence level, travelling solo, investing in my style and wardrobe, paying more attention to hygeine and skin health, eating healthy, going to the gym. there are definitely more things but doing all the above has a crazy psychological effect. You just notice you care less about what people say and love yourself… | /r/seduction | 11/12/24 07:04 PM |
| 8 | How do increase confidence? Any ritual?I get this but it is not even about women most of the time. Self-confidence gives you the courage to take some risks that could change your life positively. You also discover that you know yourself better and are not influenced by what people think about you. It is one of the reasons women are attracted to confident men. | /r/seduction | 31/10/24 01:22 PM |
| 92 | How do increase confidence? Any ritual?I just constantly did things that scared the shit out of me like confronting people when they wrong you, talking to more strangers, and mastering a skill gives you insane confidence. Solo travel also forces you outside your comfort zone and increases your belief in yourself | /r/seduction | 31/10/24 11:47 AM |
