The defence of the word cuck involved some cuck calling. How predictable. Well this is exactly the problem; you call everything you disagree with cuck, and on average you will find that most people are better than you. At very least it is a neutral term, and at best its a compliment.

They cant neglect or abuse the child; that would be breaking criminal laws. Parents do get prosecuted for that all of the time, and in those cases a parent without custody stands a greater chance of winning custody.

I can't force common sense upon you. The parent with custody of the children is already paying for the kids, the other parent pays money to them to make it more affordable. If the parent with custody of the kids is criminally abusing the children, it is also a responsibility of the other parent to fight to ensure that the children are properly looked after. It is not your right to refuse to pay because you want to micromanage what your ex spends their money on. You make them, you pay for them.

I think its reasonable to assume that nobody making assumptions here knows any of the details of the case. She did get a jail sentence of 10 months, that's suspended for 18. The man got community service. Is it too much for people to read, or is someone honestly saying a suspended sentence is a lower punishment than community service?
