5	A simple mistake I made I am. Sounds odd without context, and not strictly, biologically speaking, true, but it has to do with learning to take the part of your brain that's constantly going HEY MAN WHAT IF THIS HAPPENS or HEY MAN REMEMBER WHEN THIS HAPPENED and telling it to fuck off so you can be present and conscious without having to hear the pointless mental noise all the god damned time. 15	My solution to approach anxiety. Real stuff here. I usually just picture them having a poo. It doesn't turn me on, but it does remind me that even hot girls poo because they're just regular god damn people that I can talk to like a normal god damn person.
