2	Alabama bill would criminalize false rape accusations That wouldn’t fly in my court. The judges I know are open to 2nd and 3d opinions and not solely rely on 1 unconventional method. The way I see it, if the the prosecutor team manages to sell snake oil to the jury then the defense team must really suck.
