How would you go on about turning a women who has fallen for you into a plate, instead of a relationship?

I did a calorie count and I eat way too much rye bread and fruit alone. But the problem is, if I don't then I feel hungry? But I guess that's partly due to habit and mabye I could add in some vegetables aswell? So now I intend to switch up that a bit, mabye find something better for breakfast (I eat rye bread 3 times a day about 3-4 piece + dinner). And I switched from potatoes and spagetti to beans.

Would a supplement of almonds make up for the loss of fat? or would I just be back to ground zero?. Should I just eat less, and cut off any candy/chips/snacks I may eat during the weekend?

Even if i stay away from the caffeine combo? I'll look into the plan you mentioned EDIT: reading on http://rippedbody.jp I've come to the conclusion that a diet like that might not be the best idea.

I got the strength part down (Unless my bodyfat is way higher than I think and it just sits in the right way). Will check out the link. But does the diet seem healthy for a 20-year old? If so then I'll go for that while obtaining as much information from the different sources in here.

You might be right :D Never said I was getting jacked though. But I know that both my fat and my muscle mass has increased since I started with calithenics.

Sound promising. I'll look into it. But I'm going to try out the diet suggested by /u/CisWhiteMaelstrom unless that's unhealthy.

I did weight lifting, got a great pyshique. Went on a 2 year break (Pretty fucking stupid). Did some weight lifting, thought I should do calistenics to "decrease" in size but only got bigger. Not sure if I would say blow up. Currently I'm doing a bit of both(Calistenics and weight training). But my triceps and biceps are getting huge so I'm not spot training them. I might go back to weight lifting at some point.

Is the reduction in your cognitive function due to the combination of bronkaid + caffeine + aspirin? or is it due to your new diet. And did I understand correctly if your new diet consists of pure chicken, some vegetable + some vitamins? If so, then I might try that diet out, actually doesn't sound all that bad. And how about eggs and beans? I just did the math, aren't you hungry all the time with that diet?

I totally agree with you on that one. You must never reach your goal, and if you did, then your goal either needs to switch or you set the bar too low from the start.

Will check out the sub. But doesn't cutting reduce your muscle mass? And wont you at some point reach your goal? How do you improve then?

What is your veiwpoint om men sharing their feelings together? As far as i can tell you're opposed to men sharing their feelings with women. I'd like to hear your thoughts om this.

Any of you whom got some sources I can read up on regarding the term frame? How it works, how you use it, etc. Also, regarding the sidebar material should one just start from the top? I've been following the 'hot' topics and this alone has caused me to revise my thought process and the way I perceive things.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
