It might be a medical problem, where you ask your doctor. Glad I could help.

I've posted this on a couple other subs and also got a lot of others to agree.

I wish I knew this info when I was 10 lol.

I understand your story, but this is why I said "might". NOTHING is 100%. This article is simply one option that some people (like myself) can turn to.

He says surgery is the best option for people severely impaired.

True, but at least in my case, I found out that I had an abnormal nasal structure a couple years ago from this. But good point.

He only tangentially cites it, so it's not that big of a deal.

He then states that the ability to breathe through the nose is associated with the feeling of freedom. Being confident enough to ask a girl out requires feeling free. As far as I know, there is no direct evidence, other than generic advice to "breathe deeply", but this applied to my life perfectly. So this needs to be proven further, but I think he's on the right track.

That is probably true, because of breathing through the mouth.

Interesting to hear. I just had difficulty breathing through my nose because I have a weird nose shape, but I didn't realize it until two years ago. I hope to get surgery soon.

Except that there is no scientific evidence in this case. However, at least he has found a strong and very specific correlation, which needed more investigation, but as far as I know, there is none.

I'm just saying Wikipedia's slightly more neutral, but I guess

It was more excitement at the irony.

I had this experience a lot in my life. An example is when I told a buddhist forum about men's rights and a lot of them instantly (ironically) condemned me as a heretic.
