I do sports, lift and drink at least 2L of water a day. My skin is perfect 95% of the time. I also don't go out and get sun burnt, i hardly drink booze and don't smoke. A lot of women do at least 2 of these things, don't back it up with diet or exercise and they wonder why they need to cake their sagging wrinkly faces.

I don't think this is anything special, it happens between the same sex also. Everyone thinks differently about people depending on their stature..
