I think it's called Alexander's, in LA.

I recently found a great barbershop not far from my place. They give an awesome head massage before and after, and also give out free beer. Though it's very difficult not to get hair on the beer in the middle of a cut.

With my last long-term relationship, first date there was very little sexual attraction, I think we may have hugged or something at the end. She calls me up a few days later to go to a bar, and we end up at her place by the end of the night.

I've gotten back with exes a couple times. With the first one, we broke up, and got back together a few times, with about 4-8 months in between each time. When we got back together, it went great for a good year or so, and then something would come up, and we'd break up again. Altogether, I'm happy I got with her again. It taught me a lot about dating in general, and I had a great time. With my last ex, it did not work nearly as well. I broke up with her because she was constantly having drama, …

I have this problem currently. Currently, I'm attached to 4 different women. And I can't seem to stop really caring about all of them. I'm in a long-distance relationship with one, that I really want to end, just so I'm free to pursue my other interests, but I love her, and I don't want to hurt her, so I can't do it.

A person will always end up with another person of equal social value Not true. My last ex I got with when I was overweight, unemployed for 2 years, sleeping on my brother's couch, and really had nothing going for me. She had a good job, and looked good as well. She fell for me hard. This was before I ever started looking into PUA stuff. Anecdotal evidence may not count for much, but there's a lot of evidence out there that shows that looks aren't all you make them out to be.

References to a ridiculous conversation, usually the first we have. If you make the first conversation incredibly ridiculous, you'll have material for quite a while, and it'll create an inside joke feel. Works wonders.

I have a really hard time responding to texts in a timely manner. I work 100 hour weeks, and am incredibly busy half that time at work. So when I get a text, it may take me 4 hours to respond. When I do respond, she'll text me back in 5 minutes. In the past, I've always tried to keep it level with whoever I'm going after, but at the moment, it's impossible for me. Makes me feel bad. Then again, I know she's really into me.

I loved that book. Just because I don't agree with the philosophy preached doesn't mean I can't enjoy the fiction. But OH NO CAPITALISM or whatever reddit always does...

Most of my friends from college I met because I smoked. Plus, it's a great way to get to talk to someone one-on-one for a few minutes, with a very clear end point. And it's the perfect opportunity to team-up with, or challenge someone, for beerpong.

who cares if you don't get a k-close or build any attraction in the first interaction? This is key. Treat the first interaction not as an opportunity to close, but as a way to find out if you want to close this girl. Just be friendly, and "be yourself" (treat her as you would treat any other friend, not as someone you want to get with immediately).

OkCupid. We ended up dating for a little over 2 years, and had a great time.

I've completely stopped asking for numbers. When I'm about to leave, I just say "I had a really great time, give me a call sometime." This will (almost always) get them to ask for your number. This way, you also don't have to worry about contacting them 'too soon' (whatever the fuck that means). If they're interested, they'll hit you up. If not, forget about it and move on.

My last (serious) girlfriend was like this. On our first date, we grabbed some tea, talked a little, but didn't even hold hands the entire time. A couple days later, she asks me out to a bar, where we talk some more, get more comfortable with each other. As she's dropping me off back at my place, we kiss, and end up making out for about an hour before deciding just to go back to her place. Dated for 2 years, had a great time.

This is completely and utterly wrong. It's practicing the wrong thing How? It's practicing talking to and forming relationships with women. Just in a different (and easier at first) setting. you're wiring your brain to rely on that avenue No, you're wiring your brain to be able to talk to women. This is needed. Also it's just completely shallow I have no idea where you're getting this from. I met my last girlfriend online, and she wasn't the best looking, but I saw from her profile that she had …
