Hmm, as far as I know, doctors and hospitals aren't actually required to tell a man he's not the biological father, except *maybe* unless it directly impacts the case. There's a 50% chance that even a biological father won't be haplocompatible, so there would be no direct need (other than moral) to advise a man if he's not the father. ​ In fact I believe it even falls under doctor-patient privilege.
