I mean, a woman can force penetration no? Start writing down everything that happens, take notes, right dates and times and names, places, and if it's safe to do so recording audio or video of said abuse and harassment, while you cannot make it public, can quite easily sway a jury if it's admissible.

There are such laws is common law marriage, which would mean that the IRS would accept a joint married return even if you don't have a legal marriage certificate. Standard protocol should be(at least it is/was here when my father was on the force) that they separate the parties, and arrest both if need be, and if the property is owned/rented by one of them only, that one stays, and if its rented/owned by both then both are driven elsewhere and told to cool off. Arresting the "man" is far to general, and many police departments still use that as a standard in a day and age when women cause about half of domestic violence incidents.

actually, you can get off with a lighter sentence for murder than for drugs in the USA. 1 ounce of weed will land you about 20 federal charges, and about 10 years in(not a chance of parole), and a murderer can be out in less than 2 years. Do murder, not drugs.

It comes down to who charges who first. not really. I saw a case happen locally here, where a guy claimed he was raped after a woman drugged and boozed him. She later claimed the opposite, and he got charged with rape, and nothing happened to her, even after her rape allegation was found to be false, and she still did not get charged with rape(because the local prosecutor is a woman and believes that a woman cannot rape a man).
