It's like judo, don't push directly against your opponent, just gently redirect their energy to turn it against them. This type of behavior is a huge turn-off and shows weakness. Like others said, roll with it, laugh it off, and let them push the women away for you.

I definitely tone myself down at work too. Very nice, assertive but not too much, don't rock the boat. Then when we hang out outside the office it's like flipping a switch and I'm back in normal mode

I like your attitude. But be careful with asking for sexual things as exchange. It might give her the idea that she gets favors from you in exchange for sex, instead of giving it freely.
