Could you elaborate on this? Never thought about it before

Yes. I did it and verified it by bodyscans. Google 'positive nitrogen balance'. Obviously the closer you are to your natural muscle limit you get and the bigger the caloric deficit is, the harder it gets.

I deleted IG and FB 3 years ago and didn't regret it one second. You have more (productive) time You are more based in reality instead of seeing all these highlight reels that resemble little of the real life but always give you the feeling of somehow missing out = more mental energy & focus You are more mysterious

I once had a conversation with two friends, one has never done it without condoms. As my other friend succintly put it, having sex without a condom if you've only had sex with a condom before: It's like a blind man, seeing for the first time

Why do you have a LTR with male friends, let alone many many beta orbiters? A girl wuo can't set boundaries (read: who needs/likes the validation) is not LTR Material. She knows exactly what she is doing.

The reason for a lack of label is due to the fact that she recently broke up with her ex of 6 years (he left her 1 year ago), but they still communicate and she’s upset over the breakup. Well, she just took some boudoir photos, and wants to post them on her social media account. I’ve seen them, and they are pretty sexually suggestive. She is either thirsty for attention and/or wants her ex back. Actions not word. Also, it sounds like you are completely in her frame when in comes to the label.

Fix this first before lifting heavy weights. I didn't and I'm paying for it now.... What you need to know is that some people's antrophometry is just not built for deadlifting off the floor. You could try Rack/Block Pulls and I 100% recommend Trap Bars, it feels way better on the back as your starting position is more upright. It's also easier to grip, making overloading easier. Check out Alpha Destiny - My Top 5 Pulling Variations on youtube.

You're right, it's even more: Since 2009 the NASDAQ went from 1'293 to 7'183 which is 18.7% per annum. 18.7% means doubling every 4 years.

I would start reading and learning about sound investing (e g. value investing, NOT daytrading/forex trading). Remember compounding: 7% a year means you double your money in 10 years

So if someone is in their mid 20s, 200kg/440lbs, and tells you that he has been working out regularly for the past five years 3 times per week, is eating healthy, doing intermittent fasting, sleeping enough, not drinking or doing drugs, but for some reason he just can't lose those 120/250 extra kg/lbs, would you believe this person?

she is genuinely hates him and doesn't want to have anything to do with him in terms of texting or calling. -She will be hanging out with him soon for a final goodbye because he'll be moving out of the United States. You internally know 100% what this means, you're just trying to rationalize. When in doubt, always watch what people do, not what they say. In your case, she's clearly enjoying the attention and might soon (or is still) enjoying something that starts with a d and end with an ick.

Cancel the insurance and block her on every channel. Even if she finds a way to wish you happy birthday, DON'T reply. Cancel the insurance even if the best alternative is slightly more expensive because it gives you a reason to still hold on to the past (which you're clearly subconsiously doing).

start one step at a time: day 1: 15 second cold shower upon waking up day 2: 30 second cold shower upon waking up day 3: 45 second cold shower upon waking up etc. Up to 2 minutes. Once you got in on lock, you've established one habit that you will keep on doing. Next: day x: wake up 15 minutes earlier day x+1: wake up 15 minutes earlier than the day before day x+2: wake up 15 minutes earlier than the day before Up to whatever makes sense for you but is still challenging (suggestion: 5am). I bet on everything I love that you're off on the calories. Sometimes the apps have some wrong numbers when you scan groceries (e.g. when you scan it says 100gram=150kcal. But in truth it is one portion (25gram)=150kcal). Always double check. I went from 73kg to 65kg with around 1'700kcal. My maintenance was approx. 2'300.

You could say something (at the start of the relationship) like: 'my girlfriend wouldn't go out to get wasted'. So she knows your expectation. What you then do is NOT interfere with her decisions. If you try to forbid it it 1: makes you look weak, 2: makes her resent you and 3: she will start hidding things that she thinks you won't approve. You always want to be as nonjudgmental as possible so can see who she really is and then make a decision accordingly. She's going on vocation to do excactly…

Look up 'Trickle Truth'. Also, LDRs are NOT real relationships. You're the safetynet if this other guy doesn't work out as you're already very committed (otherwise you wouldn't have a LDR in the first place).

Online dating serves as a buffer to not face rejection, I think Rollo talked about it! Your comment makes 100% sense from afraid from a logical standpoint, but most people are afraid of cold-approaching people. Which makes it even better for us who actually approach ;)

Ok, I see. Looks more like you're really streetsmart and putting pieces (consciously) together that others ignore. Hypersensitive people on the other hand can 'read' people intuitively. My grandpa would enter a room and could tell my dad after 30 sec (without talking to most people) who he shoud and shouldn't do business with and was usually 95% spot on

Don't listen to him, he's lying. 100 pounds would be 350'000 calories. 5 months are 150 days. He's saying he had a daily calorie deficit of more than 2'000 calories a day over a period of 5 months. How can you have a deficit of 2'000 calories, if your entire maintenance is 2'000, 3'000 or even 3'500 which is quite high and well above average.

Momentum is a substitute for strength. People kip and do the gooseneck because it makes the exercises easier, not harder. I'd rather see someone do 10 proper pull ups than 100 of those abominations he performed.

I for one usully judge a man's character by his form in the gym. If a person has shitty form, always kips, does half-reps, egolifts, etc.... you get my point. Have a look at his pull up record (read: flopping on the bar like a fish, calling it a world record) it will tell you everything you need to know about him. He's a good salesman though.

Ultimately it comes down to this: Resistance usually means your doing something right. They want to keep you small. Just focus on your progress and don't even address their criticism. When I was getting bigger and leaner, people would also criticize me (you're so superficial, you looked better before, etc.). Recognize it for what it is: It's easier for them to try and keep you small then to put in the time themselves. And imagine this: They are from the same background, age, demographic, etc. bu…

Nice Guy = Probably the most selfish persons on the planet. Most answers here not bad per se, but still in the wrong frame. The reasons why you are a nice guy are selfish: You need approval and acceptance for your low self-esteem. Which is selfish. So the question is not unselfish or selfish, the questions is which type of selfishness. A) Nice Guy - You are selfish because your self-esteem is s*** and you need other people for approval, acceptance and thereby depend on them trying to diminish yo…

Solid advice, but you're way off on your neurosurgeon number. A world class neuro (or heart surgeon for that matter) who has billionaires, royalties and celebrities flying in from all over the world to be treated by him easily banks more than 1 million $ a year. Easily.

congrats on your transformation! Two things: 1. YES you will make substantial gains. As you have experienced (or will soon), squats and deadlifts are different to all the other exercises. Why? They F*CK YOU UP. When I first started doing deadlifts, I was dizzy after a heavy set. Other ppl I know saw stars after a heavy set of deadlift. That's because Squats and Deadlifts are the most taxing exercises for your Central nervous system. But you will get used to it. Please don't bounce the weight whe…

My country's population is roughly 8,3 Million people and 132 of them are billionaires. Also, the farthes point away in my country is only a 3.5 hour drive. We would also role-play negotiations for example, which is really helpful. Not too much philosophy :)

Thanks for your reply and concern. I know the kind of people you are talking about. Fortunately, my mentor never went to University (for which he was criticized by the media a lot) and is extremely down to earth. They are really business-savy and straightforward and even if they don't have good knowledge of a specific industry they can still tell you alot just by looking at the numbers. …

I think you're partially right: Sure, exercise is better than no exercise. The way I worked out before was via bands, light dumbbells, etc. I helped me to understand/learn from scratch. But there is literally NO comparison on doing heavy squats/deadlifts to doing bicep curls. 0. Doesn't mean one shouldn't do bicep curls. But it means that one should only worry about doing bicep curls once he's nailed the basics consistently
