Don't be creepy just be like "Hey we should go grab a coffee sometime, can I get your number?" If she says no, it wouldn't haved worked anyways and no matter what you say in trying to "finesse" her she wouldn't have been interested and you have your answer and you can move on. Don't be scared of rejection, we all have to face it. If she says yes, then you know there Is at least a slight interest.
