1	The problem with most advice here is that knowledge isn't the bottleneck. It's motivation to actually act on what you know you should be doing. And most advice doesn't address how to generate motivation, or if it does, does so ineffectively. So most advice sucks. But, anyway, here's a new idea. That makes sense.
