This is not because they are implying men cannot assault women. They have to do this legally to show that the word assault is a quote from someone, and not a proven fact.

The remark is true though - condoms do rely on both parties and affect the experience. Switch the comment round - it's saying that there is currently no contraception available that men can be in complete control of. Every other requires some level of (or total) input from the woman, and the one that men do have some autonomy over (condoms) has a negative impact on the experience.

You talked about "men being torn down to women's level", which implies women are lower, and you didn't specify that was in any particular area so I presumed you meant generally. Majority of police will come into far more verbal altercations than physical. Doesn't matter how strong you are if you don't know what's going on.

And how is that due to budget constraints? The drop in standards, in my experience, is due to fewer staff overall rather than a different gender make up. There are many studies showing women to be physically weaker than men and less able to help with physical stress. And there are studies that suggest women have better emotional intelligence (whether that is for biological or social reasons), which would mean they excel in many areas of education, police, army. Kinda. It's like comparing apples and oranges in a way. Women are better than men in several fields but the fields egalitarians fuck up are the fields men are better at. Sure, but is there evidence that is biological and not social? Just look at the dropping standards for education, police fire and army pt and the shortage of doctors. My experience says that is due to budget constraints, not gender issues. Do you know anything that suggest otherwise?

That's an incredibly westernised viewpoint, it's not even true for some parts of Europe up until recently. The levels of emotional intelligence and openness of both sexes is also changing which would prove that wrong as well

Blacks will be discriminated against more often because of wealth and education issues, however it wouldn't be officially referred to as 'because you're black'. Realistically as far as the insurance issue goes, the reason for the surcharge should be based on mileage, profession, etc instead of gender
