2	North Carolina's law mandating that an assault on a female is a more serious offense than an assault on a male is not consonant with modern notions of gender equality Maybe the authors of these sorts of sex-crime provisions regard male victims of rape as weak, womanly ninny-boys who don't deserve the full faith and protection of the law, sort of like female victims of rape.	/r/MensRights	04/06/12 12:57 AM
