Even if you draw up an agreement, or have a family court order, the agreement isn't enforced. The cops say it's a civil matter. So even if you were granted joint custody and paid thousands on a lawyer, the police won't help you, and the judge will just say it's obvious you cannot coparent, so mom now has full custody. Your comment is correct. Basically, a lot of MGTOWS still naively don't know is that even if a law is on the books, a Judge still isn't necessarily going to rule in your favor.

back when I was first getting into this, I was reading nomarriage dot com, and the ladder theory. Women have always been shit, but at least they used to be more approachable in the olden days. I believe we can become a counter-revolutionary movement quickly. We just need to create an ideology based on reason without becoming a hate based group.
