Dont downvote this guy, its a chance to teach. If someone is too inebriated to consent, blacked out, or passed out, they can still be molested, get a hard on, etc. If someone is underage, they can not legally consent, and they dont understand the ramifications of whats happening. Just because you have a penis, it gets erect, or you ejaculate, doesnt equate consent. If you do some research, one of the biggest points of shame for women that are raped is that they orgasm, and its simply biological.…

I have a friend that was born blind, and he manages pretty well. He sounds exactly the same way about vision as you do about foreskin.

Because women lack the situational awareness to look before they sit in toilet water, apparently. I’ve never understood that one.

The answer is that they want to be able to claim credit for successes, but be able to blame something external for their failings. Tl;dr - they want it both ways with no ramifications all the time.

I'm a concealed carry permit holder from the United States and I've been working homicides for 18 years, and you, you're a dumb motherfucker. Frankly I think you're just a scared little boy who likes the idea of shooting somebody, but the reality is that you'd wet your fucking pants if you were facing a real scenario.

Dude you're retarded. If you really act like that (and I am certain you don't) enjoy your stint in prison. The 2nd amendment doesn't shield you from prosecution when you actively provoke a scenario.

Keep hamstering that shit. You should know how to change a tire AND grow shit. Being stuck out in the desert or in a blizzard cause you can't change a tire is weak. Simply beta level, unable to survive bullshit.

Yeah it's not income. My favorite thing is that you can't deduct it from your taxes and they don't have to claim it as income, so your ex could get thousands of dollars and still quality for free healthcare and food stamps, while you starve and die without healthcare.

I had the same bullshit happening and I had a therapist convince my ex wife that I was controlling. Yeah when you spend more than I make, and you won't get a job, seems like I'm the one being abused!

Why do you think the feminists have taken over the schools and the courts and the media? Its to indoctrinate the youth, and further their agenda, isolating and pathologizing male influence.

You've basically described the Catch-22 which is, because all of the victims are considered children there is no difference legally between girlfriend/boyfriend and an adult violating a kid. Also, because this involves juveniles, records are partially sealed. In my experience, a juvenile who is legally unable to consent participates in a consensual encounter, (in their view) which in turn is discovered by an adult, or they have a falling out and report it to someone who is a mandatory reporter. …

Woman who was assaulted once in college hates all men and fights the patriarchy- hero Man who was systematically abused by his mother, beaten, gaslighted, neglected and verbally attacked before puberty - asshole misogynist.

There's a federal law that forces people onto the offender registry despite state laws. I have seen many cases as a result of my legal related job. For instance, 16 year old boy charged with assault of a child for inserting his finger into his 15 year old girlfriend. It happens a lot.

You know, NO ONE has ever said to me what you said here. Thank you. The honest truth is that it took me a lot of years to not blame myself because the sick freak actually implied that what he was doing was a sort of punishment. My parents still go to the same church, the guy molested other boys and was relocated. Your post made me start to tear up. My reaction was to shove that shit down and say to myself, quit being such a pussy. Im not proud of that, but thats what I did. Toxic masculinity ind…

I was felt up by a priest, but no one believed it, then, and now everyone is just like, yeah, whatever. I thought about posting to facebook, but last time i made a comment about sexual assault, i was basically shouted down by liberal open minded sensitive women saying TEACH YOUR BOYS NOT TO RAPE over and over again.

You have no idea what happened to him in the past. Perhaps he has PTSD, in which case this could have triggered all kinds of shit. Some compassion here, we don't know HIS life.

Bullshit. Getting your life put on pause constantly slows you down, and now you have to reply to everyone immediately whenever they text you? You're not the boss, you're the gopher. Have fun with your constant pleasing everyone.

This is one of the great fallacies of the Millennial mindset. Whether is a girl or a customer or a friend, one way to demonstrate value is valuing your OWN time. You are not subject to the whims and desires of everyone else 24/7. If you are, you become everyone else's bitch.

Can confirm. Did this with the GF yesterday. She didn't want to come over, but wanted to talk on the phone. Nope. I'm going to a movie. Later. Then nothing. She got her ass over to my house and crawled into bed later that evening. First question, who did you go to the movie with? lol...

If he already has a lawyer, why is he going to automatically lose right now? Being dropped doesnt mean others automatically win the case. Something isnt right, and we dont have much to go on. Does she have custody now? Do they have shared custody? Why is it changing? Did someone file a motion/s? What is the status of the case? How old is the child? What has the arrangement been historically? What changed, and who wants the change? Is there a guardian ad litem? You need to be educated on the case…
