0	What are the signs that a man doesn’t “get” women? Even if it’s a byproduct, it isn’t actively helping you — people are able to tell when someone actively hates themselves as much as you do, and it’s incredibly offputting. As hard as it sounds (and I say this bc I’ve been in your position before) you do have to treat yourself as your own best friend, and improve based on that.
