I'm not asking you or anybody to keep track. We had redpillmovies for a recent month that grew to 200 subscribers quite quickly before the founder got shadowbanned by a reddit mod for being a redpiller, and the other mod there was a blue piller in disguise who let on more blue pillers to turn redpillmovies into what it is now. I recreated the small bit of content it had in /r/redpillfilm and the former sub does not matter any more.

A regular workout schedule will help you to sleep, as well as eating at proper intervals, no later than 3 hours before sleep if possible.
