is a simple water distiller enough (a good quality one)?

there are many. just have a search on pubmed. it's just one of the many problems caused by modern pollution. our planet is going to shit, don't you know? and as usual nobody cares about male health. women pissing birth control pill in the communal waste water system, widespread use of plastics and of drugs.

this is the translation of "I am a pussy slayer": I am not superman, but I know well male and female psychology and have had a limited but significant share of experiences (3+). I feel I can handle a relationship with a woman. I have difficulties with my social life though. there must be some red pill about it I still don't completely get.

when I said quality hobbies i wasn't thinking about hobbies for rich people. I was thinking about hobbies which get you a social life, which are not crap, like watching netflix (with some exceptions), playing videogames, drugs and porn. lifting alone is not sufficient to sustain a conversation with most people. something along the line of board games.

this is a cool hobby but it is something uncommon. what is the minimum you have to do to get friends who invite you to join on their adventures and a pool of pussy to use for leisure and to pay them back? I am not thinking about anything astronomical, just the shit the average cool guy does.

it's not always the case. you can be a pussy slayer (thank you trp!) and have very few and crappy friends, who only watch netflix, play videogames, jerk off to porn, do drugs and don't practice any sport.

you are right. I am partially guilty of that. but once you fucked up one time the reactions of other men are catastrophic.

thank you very much for your time and effort. I am 5ft 8, and my weight is about 140 lbs. I'm lifting 3 times a week. I want to get bigger and stronger.

I am not a psycho, and it is what I want to do. but I don't want to be a defenseless good person. and in order to do so I must understand evil and how to defend myself.

psychopaths have no emotional reactions to pain (to anything to be honest). they simply don't care about being injured.

absolutely not. but there are some remorseless people who find it more amusing than others.

I don't completely agree. if you hang out with very low value people you start feeling shame that you will be judged by your association with them.

try cultivating hobbies that provide social value. e.g. join a sports team, get an interest in board games, camping, reading novels, .... people want in order of demand: attractive mates, people with know how (who know how to help them with their career, style, etc.), a good location and adventure. if you don't provide anything you are boring as fuck and everyone will avoid you. look on wikipedia to the theory of social exchange: to get what you want you have to give others what they want. in th…

ok, but aren't you worried about your cardiovascular health in the long run? it may be how our paleolithic ancestors ate, but it doesn't seem to me that they lived very long lives.

I am vey confused about this stuff. I am a med student, and we are taught that saturated fats (which raise your T!) are evil. every few years new guidelines are published which lower the maximal healty limit for cholesterol, which makes more people eligible to the treatment with statin drugs (which halve your sperm count!) is it possible that saturated fats are atherogenic only in the context of a western high carb diet?
