| 2 | Converted.Most all would agree that in these circumstances, men are discriminated against. However, this discrimination is the result of sociological and legal actions by men (particularly white men) to ensure women's place was in the home and her role in society was only private-sphere workings. Is it fair now? Maybe not. Is the disparity in men's/women's wages and authority gone? Absolutely not.
